It’s the only thing the whole world listens to.
When you sing, people understand.”

Roger the Gospel Life Coach

The story has a great, hopeful climax that points to better options than just ending in divorce.

The story has a lot of gospel truth and inspiration.

Here is the story synopsis:

Scott is a big city lawyer, engaging in what he calls “Fighting hard for selfish justice.”

He’s burned out, convincing his wife Sharon to leave their home and lifestyle and relocate so he can pursue his dream of THE SINGER.

After relocating, things are great. Sharon likes the positive change in their three children. But singing in a nightclub, Scott meets Christy, and they have an affair.

His betrayal hurts everyone, and there are issues, hurts, anger, and forgiveness to deal with. Even Megan, his teen daughter, confronts him for hypocrisy. She is a major character and plays a vital role in the story. And Christy and Sharon even agree to meet and talk things out.

Some friends counsel Sharon to divorce Scott, which is not what her heart tells her. Pastor Lou tells Scott about his adultery and divorce as a pastor, and how his actions still haunt him. Lou leads him to try to restore his marriage and family even though he is still emotionally drawn to Christy.

This story is also good for teens!

Megan, the lead character’s 15-year-old daughter plays a dynamic role in relating to her dad and dealing with his betrayal. She confronts her dad’s hypocrisy in urging her to remain chaste and virgin, while he commits adultery.

It’s a story that connects between generations.

It has a great, hopeful climax and the story has a lot of gospel truth and inspiration throughout.
